Cancellation Policy

Tenants missing appointments, not allowing access, or otherwise preventing the EICR from being undertaken will be charged at a £50.00 + VAT missed appointment fee. EICRs will be carried out in line with guidance of industry best practice as set out by electrical safety first. 80% of circuits will be tested, 40% of wiring accessories will be visually inspected as a start point - increasing where defects are discovered. Small repairs requiring no material will be undertaken at no extra cost (for example, re-terminating a socket outlet, re-fixing a light fitting).
